隔油提升设备

隔油提升设备(全称:隔油提升一体化设备)是一种集自动除渣、油水分离、污水提升三大核心功能于一体的环保设备,专门用于处理餐饮、食品加工等行业产生的含油废水,尤其解决地下室、低地势等无法重力排水的场景难题。

一、核心工作原理

设备通过物理方法(无化学添加)分三步处理污水:

1. 预处理(除渣)

 污水进入设备,先经自动格栅 / 滤网,拦截菜叶、饭粒、骨头等固体残渣。

 高级机型配备螺旋自动排渣,将残渣送至集渣桶,实现无人值守。

2. 油水分离(核心)

 重力分离:利用油(≈0.9g/cm³)比水(1g/cm³)轻的特性,油脂自然上浮。

 聚结 / 斜板分离:内部特殊板材使微小油滴聚结变大,加速上浮,效率达90%+

 气浮 / 加热(选配):气浮技术处理乳化油;加热装置(30-40℃)防止冬季油脂凝固。

 上浮的油脂由自动刮油 / 排油系统收集至集油桶,定期由资质单位回收。

3. 污水提升排放

 除油后的清水进入提升舱,液位传感器自动控制。

 水位达标时,内置不锈钢提升泵启动,将污水提升 10-20 ,排入市政管网。

 常用一用一备双泵设计,保障连续运行。
