油水分离机

油水分离机是一种利用物理或化学方法,将含油液体中的油与水高效分离的环保设备,核心作用是废水达标排放废油回收利用

一、核心工作原理

主要基于油、水密度差(油约 0.8–0.93 g/cm³,水 1 g/cm³),辅以多种技术强化分离:

1. 重力分离(基础)
污水缓流静置,油自然上浮、水下沉。内设斜板 / 波纹板延长路径、加速聚结。

 优点:无动力、成本低、易维护

 局限:对乳化油、微小油滴效果差。

2. 聚结分离(强化)
通过亲油纤维 / 滤材让微油滴聚结成大油滴,再上浮分离。

 优点:分离效率≥95%,可处理10–100μm细油滴。

3. 气浮分离(精细)
注入微气泡50–100μm)吸附油滴,快速上浮成浮渣刮除。

 优点:能处理乳化油,精度可达5ppm 以下

4. 离心分离(高速)
高速旋转产生强离心力,油向中心、水甩向外壁,瞬间分层。

 优点:效率极高(99%+)、占地小、速度快

 气浮式
效率高,适合中高浓度、含乳化油废水(如食品加工、商业综合体)。

2. 按应用场景

 餐饮专用
除渣 + 隔油 + 加热防凝固,适配餐厅、食堂、火锅店(牛油等易凝固油)。

 工业专用
处理切削液、石化废水、矿物油,常配防爆、气浮、深度过滤

 船用专用
符合IMO标准,防倾斜、抗震动,处理机舱舱底水≤15ppm 排放)。
