A medium-sized hotel generates an average of 18m ³ of oily wastewater from catering every day, containing a large amount of oil slick, food residue and detergent, which poses hidden dangers of pipeline blockage, odor disturbance and environmental protection standards. Combined with the compact layout of the hotel's back kitchen, the Golden Ball Environmental Protection GBOS series equipment is selected, and the "pretreatment + biochemical treatment" streamlined plan is adopted.
