厨余垃圾的处理方法

厨余垃圾处理核心是源头减量 + 分类投放 + 资源化利用,主流方法分家庭 / 社区小型化、集中规模化两大类,兼顾环保与资源循环。

一、家庭 / 社区小型处理(源头减量)

1. 粉碎直排(家用垃圾处理器)

 原理:电机驱动研磨盘,将厨余粉碎成 2-3mm 颗粒,随污水排入市政管网。

 适用:剩饭菜、瓜果皮核、小骨头;禁投:粗纤维、热油、贝壳、非厨余杂物。

 优点:即时减量、无异味、不滋生蚊虫;缺点:需接入下水,老旧小区慎用。

2. 家庭 / 社区堆肥

 好氧堆肥

 流程:沥干切碎混合枯叶 / 木屑(调碳氮比 25-30:1通风 / 翻堆→50-60℃发酵→20-45 天成肥。

 产物:有机肥(养花 / 种菜)。

 蚯蚓堆肥

 蚯蚓消化分解,产蚯蚓粪(有机质≥30%),阳台 / 庭院适用。

3. 小型生物降解机

 原理:高温好氧 + 复合菌种,24-72 小时分解,减量 85%-90%,产有机残渣。

 适用:家庭、餐厅、社区,自动控温控湿除臭。

二、规模化集中处理(市政 / 大型场所)

1. 厌氧消化(主流)

 流程预处理(分拣破碎压榨脱水三相分离)厌氧发酵(35-55℃沼气利用沼渣 / 沼液资源化

 产物

 沼气(甲烷 60%-70%):发电、供热、提纯为生物天然气。

 沼渣 / 沼液:加工有机肥。

 优势:能源回收高、密闭无臭、减量化显著。

2. 好氧堆肥(大型)

 流程:预处理配料发酵仓(通风、55-65℃腐熟筛分有机肥。

 适用:社区、农场,产物用于园林绿化、土壤改良。

3. 黑水虻生物转化(新兴)

 原理:幼虫取食厨余,48 小时处理 70% 垃圾量。

 产物

 虫体:粗蛋白 45%,水产 / 畜禽饲料。

 虫粪:优质有机肥。

 优势:效率高、占地小、产物价值高。

4. 焚烧 / 热解气化

 焚烧:高温(850-1100℃)燃烧,产热发电,减量 90% 以上,需烟气净化。

 热解气化:无氧高温分解,产可燃气体发电,残渣更少。

 适用:难处理残渣、混合垃圾,减量化极强。

5. 饲料化处理

 流程:分拣脱水高温灭菌(灭沙门氏菌 / 禽流感)脱盐烘干蛋白饲料。

 注意:严控同源污染(厨余喂畜禽需符合规范)。

三、核心预处理环节(所有工艺必备)

1. 分拣除杂:去除塑料、金属、纸巾、骨头等。

2. 破碎制浆:粒径 5-20mm,增大分解面积。

3. 压榨脱水:含水率降至 60%-70%,分离废油。

4. 三相分离:油生物柴油;水污水处理;渣发酵 / 堆肥。
