一、应用场景

本产品主要用于餐饮行业的污水处理,将污水中的油脂分离出来, 满足污水排放标准中的含油脂率指标需求,广泛应用于单位机关食堂、 酒店、餐饮企业及商业综合体餐饮区的污水处理。 

二、产品概述

该系列产品是根据市场上餐饮污水油水分离的需求研制生产的 产品。工艺目标是:餐饮单位排放的含油脂污水通过工艺处理后,达 到污水排放标准三级标准以上(仅指含油脂指标≤100mg/L)同时优 化悬浮物指标(SS)。 该产品的工作范围: 1、环境温度 4℃-40℃,相对湿度≤70%(20℃) 2、原水 PH 值:6-9 3、扬程范围 0-60m,流量范围 0-100m³/h 4、电源电压 380V,频率 50HZ 5、原水油脂密度≤0.95g/cm³,油脂含量≤350mg/L 6、原水悬浮物浓度(SS)≤290mg/L 该产品通过固液分离、油水分离、油脂收集、提升排放等工艺处 理,实现将污水中的污水、油脂、固渣三相分离,污水直接排放污水 管网,油脂收集后集中处理(提炼生物柴油)。固渣集中转运至垃圾 处理中心。该产品自动化运行无人值守,低噪低耗,无臭无泄露,可盐城金球环保产业发展有限公司 接入中央控制系统监测运行状态,满足了相关企业的现代化管理需求。

四、工作原理

餐饮污水进入到设备区,首先通过固液分离区,经过全自动除渣 机的处理,将原水中 5mm 以上固渣分离排放至收纳桶,5mm 以下的污 泥沉淀至箱底排放,处理后的污水进入油水分离区。该区域通过设立 的导流扰流装置,改变水流运行线路,增加污水在该区域的停留时间 (3-4 分钟)使水流保持 0.01m/s 以下的速度匀速流向出水口,在流 动过程中,利用油脂与水的密度差使油脂自动上浮至液面,沿锥形导 板汇集至集油器,在集油器设有恒温加热装置,以利油脂保持在液体 状态下排放。集油器中的油脂定期排放至收纳桶中,在油水分离过程 中,少量的污泥在重力和水流作用下汇集至污泥排放区域(排水口附 近)。排水管下端的虹吸装置,会将 90%以上的沉积污泥提排至排水 区域,剩余少量污泥定期通过阀门排放,处理后的达标污水在污水泵 的作用下,排放至市政污水管网。所有工艺点均在控制系统设定的工 作程序下工作,多点关联动作,最大程度地提高油水渣分离效能。 2 / 7盐城金球环保产业发展有限公司 

五、产品特点

1、产品箱体为全不锈钢板材(SUS304),全封闭结构,预留通气 口,确保设备间无异味,无泄漏。 

2、污水进入进水箱后,全自动除渣机将 5mm 以上的固渣分离至 设备外,运行过程中自动洗刷网孔(防堵)保证了固液分离的工艺效 果。 

3、进水箱出水管口的旋流装置,避免了油脂在进水箱堆集。 

4、经过准确的模型计算设立的导流扰流装置,延缓流速,延长 污水停留时间,保证油与水的重力分离。 

5、顶部精确的锥度设计,使上浮的油脂能沿锥板迅速汇集至集 油区,最大程度避免了油脂被水流带入排水口的现象。 

6、集油器的恒温加热装置,使集油区油脂保持呈液体状态,有 利于油脂的顺利排放,并有效控制了油脂的含水率。 

7、油水分离区排水管末端的虹吸装置,最大限度地将该区域沉 降的污泥排至排水区,避免了箱体的堵塞。 

8、排油区采用双泵设置,一用一备,轮替工作,瞬时超流量双 泵同时启动,保证运行中无外溢。潜污泵采用耦合式安装,维修更换 方便快捷。 

9、排水箱设立溢流装置,在遇检修、停电等情况下能保证经营 单位的正常运营。 

10、功能区连接管道采用 DN150 大管道,既有效保证分离区停留 时间又避免了管道堵塞现象。
