餐厨垃圾油水分离设备

餐厨垃圾油水分离设备(又称餐饮油水分离器、隔油器)是专门用于处理餐饮、食堂、食品加工厂等含油废水的环保设备,核心是将油、水、渣三相高效分离,防止管道堵塞、满足环保排放、并可回收废油资源化。

一、核心工作原理(物理分离,无二次污染)

主要利用密度差(油≈0.91–0.93g/cm³ < 1g/cm³),配合多级工艺强化:

1. 预处理(除渣)304 不锈钢滤网 / 格栅,自动拦截饭粒、菜叶、骨头等固体残渣,底部螺旋 / 刮板自动排渣。

2. 重力沉降(主分离):废水减速停留,大油滴自然上浮集油区;水在下层,准备排放。

3. 聚结 / 斜板强化:内部设波纹板、斜管,让微小油滴碰撞聚合成大油滴,效率提升 40%+

4. 气浮(高配):微气泡(≤50μm)附着油滴,快速上浮,适合高油、乳化油、低温场景。

5. 过滤 / 深度净化:出水前精滤,确保达标(出水含油量≤15mg/L)。

二、主要类型与适用场景

1. 无动力(重力)型

 结构:纯箱体 + 斜板 / 波纹板,零能耗

 效率80–90%,适合≥60μm 浮油

 优点:便宜(3 –6 千)、免维护、安装简单

 适用:小型餐馆、快餐店、小吃店

2. 全自动(智能)型

 配置:自动排渣 + 自动刮油 + 加热(防冬季凝固)+ 液位控制

 效率≥95%,出水稳定达标

 优点:无人值守、维护少、适配北方低温

 适用:中型餐厅、酒店、企事业单位食堂

3. 气浮式(高效型)

 原理:溶气微气泡强力除油

 效率95–98%,可处理乳化油

 适用:火锅店、油炸店、含油极高场所

4. 离心式(工业大型)

 原理:高速离心力快速分离

 优点:占地小、速度极快

 适用:中央厨房、食品加工厂、处理量≥10t/h
